We are offering a 3-night stay at the ‘Royal Lodge’ hotel at Symonds Yat in the Forest of Dean, HR9 6JL. We travel at our own pace to the hotel on Sunday the 21st and check in after 2pm. We have special parking for the cars and the rooms are all one price (no upgrades available).
On the Monday we will have a driving tour of the Forest which in June will be in full foliage, and with tops down; it should be super. We’ll suggest a varied range of stopping places on route to visit, look round or enjoy coffee, tea or lunch.
On the Tuesday we have two visits for you. In the morning, we travel north to the Westerns’ Cider Makers’ factory for a tour and tasting of their ciders, followed by lunch.
In the afternoon we travel back to the hotel and take a river trip with ‘Kingfisher Cruises’ on the River Wye.
On the Wednesday, we clear the hotel by 10.00am to make our way home. Questions to

The booking for this event is a one price package with all payments via the AHC NFC.
For a Double or Twin room for 3 nights, including DB&B, Cider tour & lunch and the River trip on the Tuesday is at a cost of £720.00 (incl VAT) per room.
For a single room for 3 nights, the cost is £445.00 (incl VAT) per room as above.
Extra Shoulder nights – Double £120.00/night (incl VAT) at B&B rate
A deposit of £100.00/room is required by the 13th March, paid to the ‘Austin Healey Club NFC’ Sort 30-92-94 Account 01347313 by bank transfer using reference ‘NFCFOD’ (or by cheque to Jim Finch)
The balance will be due by the 15th May 2026
