The New Forest Centre is very fortunate to be situated around the \u2018New Forest National Park\u2019, which covers an area of 566 square kilometres. This provides a great backdrop for our short day tours and social events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our \u2018Events\u2019 page holds information on the choice of events we arrange, so please check this out, and where dates and times can be found. We also provide 3 monthly evening meetings, and they can be found under \u2018Noggins\u2019 and are spread across our catchment area, to provide a local link for our 160 members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would be pleased to see you at these meetings, where you can find out how our Centre provides the interest and support to its members. A quick call or email to the nominated member for the respective meeting is all it takes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you be considering or planning to purchase an Austin Healey, please call us, and assistance will be at hand to guide you on the models available, together with the technical side if needed. We also have two registered club \u2018Valuers\u2019, who can value Austin Healeys for insurance purposes for current members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to you joining us, as we enjoy our cars and base our events on the social aspect, therefore providing the best we can for our members.

Airfield & Jigsaw Factory Visit <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve introduced a midweek event on 15th July including a visit to Compton Abbas Airfield for brunch, followed by a visit to Grovely Puzzles Ltd, who make jigsaws for the National Trust (amongst others).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will meet up at the Compton Abbas Airfield at Ashmore by 10.30am, park in the allocated display paddock and enjoy brunch at the \u2018Lore of the Sky\u2019 restaurant. There will then be time to wander within the viewing area and watch the airfield action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leaving the Airfield at around 1pm, we will drive 3 miles to visit Grovely Puzzles Ltd for a conducted tour of the jigsaw factory. After the tour we will have tea and cake provided by our host Julie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
